As a Broker, Tracee’s goal has always been to provide clients an in-depth knowledge base and expertise in marketing, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions. She has a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the local, regional, and national real estate markets and proven methodologies and sales systems that have helped her become a top real estate producer. Equally important is her network of satisfied customers and preferred providers that she’s carefully built over the past several decades.

Another factor that sets Tracee apart from others in the real estate industry is the experience she gained in her first career—computer science—working as a systems analyst designing automated systems, automating warehouses, and teaching computer programming.

As a result, Tracee is a tech-savvy real estate agent who knows how to harness the power of software and the Internet to assist clients, manage transactions, and market real estate. Kate was born in Brownsville, Texas and attended Indiana University where she earned degrees in Telecommunications and Communications and Culture. She has lived in Iowa, California, Hawaii, Texas and Indiana and spent her summers in North Dakota and Minnesota.

But her years as a student in the natural beauty and friendliness of the Bloomington area make this city her home of choice.

As a new mother, Kate understands the importance of home. She brings energy, understanding and enthusiasm to helping home buyers find the perfect home of their own.  Personal attention and an eye for detail are Kate’s specialties.

In her spare time, Kate teaches yoga, creates one-of-a kind greeting cards, and enjoys traveling and walking with her dog and her family on the Bloomington trails.
