Tracee is a Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties, South Central Indiana’s largest producing real estate brokerage. She is a leader in sales in the area and attributes that to an abundance of energy and an ever-present positive attitude, along with a diligent effort to help clients achieve their goals while limiting the amount of stress that can come along with many real estate transactions.
With over 28 years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage and a lifetime of knowledge from the family business of real estate development and construction, Tracee Lutes is a native to the area and she knows the lay of the land! Long term client relationships are an integral part of her success as she seeks to be the agent of choice over and over again for anyone she has had the privilege to serve. She not only brings a B.S, in Business Administration, she also has earned several professional designations, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), and is a CCIM candidate.
Tracee has been recognized nationally by Real Trends, was named Realtor of the Year by her peers in 2008, given the Marilyn Snoddy Above and Beyond Award by her peers in 2019, and named to the National Association of Realtors RPAC Hall of Fame in 2021. She has served as the Board of Realtors President, the MLS President, is a State Trustee and Federal Political Coordinator. She is a local, state, and national advocate of Real Estate Ownership Rights and works diligently to widen the opportunity for individuals to own their home. Tracee also services as a Commissioner for the Bloomington Housing Authority. She believes all people have the right to a safe and affordable home, whether it be through home ownership or as a tenant!
